Verse VOP: add contact (and its signing certificate) from sender

Hello

Missing feature: one can't add a sender's address (and of course its signing certificate) to the contacts. This works with iNotes

We run Verse VOP 1.0.0.1 IF1 + Notes 9.01 FP8
